Launched in 2008 to excellent reviews and was subsequently awarded three AA Rosettes in 2009. With a desirable location on the 10th floor of the Royal Garden Hotel boasting views over Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and the panoramic London skyline, the restaurant serves authentic Chinese cuisine from some of China’s most famous gastronomic provinces. Min Jiang is renowned for its Beijing Duck, as well as its Sichuan and extensive range of dim sum. The duck is cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven following ancient Chinese traditions by a master chef to ensure its successful execution. Min Jiang’s contemporary Chinese inspired interior with deep reds and vibrant vases complements the views perfectly, incorporating a private dining room – Chong Qing – with its high ceiling and striking décor for up to 20 guests. The bar is perfect for evening cocktails or pre-dinner drinks and serves classic cocktails such as the Mai Tai and Negroni to the more contemporary Oriental Mojito and Chilli Caipirinha.
